    I placed an order for the pain freeze gel and the 1000mg tincture and paid for expedited shipping a week ago. I have not received my package or heard anything about it and when I’ve called customer service, multiple representatives have taken my information and said I will be receiving tracking info but I still haven’t. I have also emailed customer service and heard nothing back. I buy these products for my mom who is in chronic pain from cancer treatments and they are AMAZING products, but I’m getting very frustrated with the lack of communication here. She really experiences relief from the pain freeze and I feel so terrible that she is without it. I would love to know when I will get my package and to receive a refund for the cost of the expedited shipping as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your help.

      Ashlee, I am so sorry! I researched your order and see what happened. You should have received communication! Your charge to your card “timed out” so it was not charged. I have sent you a much better coupon for your next order if you choose to give us another try.

    Hi Jonathan,
    I found your correspondence. I am so very sorry! I see that the agent contacted the shipping department to research with the international carrier. However, we should have at the least let you know that we have done that. Again, I am so sorry! You ordered just before the long thanksgiving holiday, so the long international shipping time was even longer because of the holiday. I see that your package has left the United States International carrier today at 12.12am. It’s next stop would be in Australian customs to be processed and handed over to the Australian Carrier. I hope that this helps.

    I ordered the CBD Disposable Pen and I believe that it is defective. When I take a hit from the pen, lots of oil comes out into my mouth. There is no smoke or anything when I do take a hit. When I received the product, it appeared to be leaking and covered in oil inside of the plastic tube.

    I am really interested in trying CBD through a vape pen. If I could do a refund or a store credit for this product, that would be really great. I order CBD Oil from the website monthly and usually try another product with my order. This one was just disappointing compared to everything else I have tried. I think I’d like to try a CBD oil made for a vape tank.

    Hi Martin,
    I am so sorry that you have not had a response from us, that is just not right! I have looked up your order and I see that it was ordered on 8/1 and it shipped on 8/1. It was received at the international gateway on 8/6.
    It can take 6 weeks or more to receive your package when it is being shipped internationally. It has to go through our customs and your customs. Still, it has been 7 weeks today, so if you can get in touch with customer service, they will be able to either track it to find out if it is lost, or refund to you. Please ask for Renese as she is the supervisor.
